Cash Requirements Report
This custom cash requirements report finds all open AP invoices through an entered as of date. It then prints; Vendor ID, Name, Inv #, Inv Date, Due Date, Open Inv Amt, Disc Date, Disc amount and Net cash required. It prints in due date order w/ a daily total due, daily discount available and a running total of cash required. Discount amounts are not included in the running total. 2006

Custom Certified PR form for time ticket employees pulled by pay Period end date and Job. Showing employee Name, Addr & SS#, sex & ethnic grp fromcustom fields, work clfs from empType, std & OT hrs/day w/ totals, pay rates & Gross pay. Change in Financial Position Statement
This report is written for a not for profit organization w/ a departmentalized GL. The first 4 digits of the GL acctID is the account # and account names are pulled from an Acct w/ the same first 4 digits and on '-' included in the ID. A date range and beginning fund balance is entered. A running total fund balance is then printed for Revenues and expenditures w/ activity for main accounts under these headings shown. Unpaid expenditures (open AP) is then listed. yielding a net change amount for the period and a final total fund balance. Can be modified for differing account structures. 2004

Customer Ledger by Center Type

Customer Statement Form
Custom customer statement form showing all customer invoice sorted by invoice # and associated payments with a running balance. Totally paid invoices are marked and total check amounts are shown in a comment field. This report was based on a Peachtree sample report which I later found to not work in all situations. Aging category totals may not be correct for customers spanning multiple statement pages. 2004

Product Price List
The is a product price listing broken out by item type (product line) it shows the item ID, Description for Sales (or Description), the stocking unit of measure (as bundle qty) and 2 price columns the first showing price level #1 and the second showing a 10% discount. The item type is converted to a product line description within the report and will need to be modified. Other 2 column reports exist showing various price levels. 2005

This report was designed for a specific GL account structure. ####-### with the first for digits being the account # and that last 3 being a specified reporting entity 2002

Sales Order/Job Picking List
This report selects from all Open Sales orders, recovers a Job code located in the CustPO field on Open SO's and Invoices corresponding to that SO. It then creates a picking report by job and S/O # showing Qty Ordered, Installed, item ID and SO Line Description. The same job code must also be entered on each SO line. Any Description line that has been entered in all upper case will be highlighted in bold text and is assumed to be a comment/message rather than a item line. 2004
